how can I make a miniature float for a classroom project for my 10 year old son?
My son who is 10 has to make a float that represents something about California ( it can be more than one thing). It has to be built on a cart ( like a red wagon). Does anyone have any ideas on what to build and how to build it. We are both stumped for ideas. This is for a huge grade so my son is worried about doing the perfect project. I am not trying to help him cheat or anything, I just lack creativity and I know how many wonderfully creative people there are out there so I thought I would ask. Thanks in advance to anyone with great, helpful ideas.
take a half gallon milk carton, cut it open like a wagon, take one of his dump trucks and lay the milk carton on top of it and decorate it with tissue paper. he can tie a string on it to pull it around.
In the milk carton, take popscle sticks and a peice of paper that says HOLYWOOD then he can have stars on sticks with some tinsel decorated around.
